Nominations Needed for Volunteer Awards

United Way is looking for nominations for two awards. Please read below and follow the instructions to submit nominations.

Roger Bouck Award: This award honors the legacy of Roger Bouck whose tireless volunteer efforts helped build a culture of volunteerism in Snohomish County. He dedicated many years of his life to a wide variety of organizations which use and promote volunteers. This award will recognize an individual or organization that embodies Roger's spirit and enthusiasm for making Snohomish County a better place.

We are seeking an individual that:

- Demonstrates visible support for volunteerism in recent years

- Provides specific results achieved in promoting volunteerism, mobilizing volunteers or increasing the community's ability to mobilize and engage volunteers.

- Has a community wide focus


Reeves/Sievers Founders’ Award: J.A. Reeves and Roy Sievers. In 1941, Reeves and Sievers were leaders in the formation of the Everett Community Chest, which became United Way of Snohomish County.

We are looking for an individual or couple who have demonstrated a lifetime of community service and the spirit of philanthropy.
